This page describes Kora’s current MVP operating model and may be updated as Kora expands. Kora will continue to review country-specific legal, privacy, and healthcare obligations with qualified counsel as launch markets are finalized.
Verification inquiries
For profile corrections, source questions, or provider verification matters, Kora plans to use verification@kora.med.
Billing inquiries
For provider subscription, invoice, or payment questions, Kora plans to use billing@kora.med. Kora does not process patient appointment payments at MVP.
Compliance inquiries
For privacy, legal, or compliance-related questions, Kora plans to use compliance@kora.med.
Emergency care
Kora is not an emergency service. If someone may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest appropriate care facility.
