Institutional sources
Kora may use public hospital, clinic, university, association, or health-system pages to support practice, specialty, or location context.
Provider submissions
Providers or authorized representatives may submit profile details, corrections, claim requests, and listing requests for Ops review.
Ops-reviewed records
Kora’s Ops workflow may review, normalize, and publish public-safe trust signals while keeping private evidence and internal review notes out of the public directory.
Freshness limitations
Source information may become outdated or unavailable. Kora may show last-confirmed dates or freshness signals where available, but users should confirm critical details directly.
Corrections
If a profile appears inaccurate, patients, providers, or institutions can report corrections for review through Kora’s support and verification channels.
