Provider Terms

Provider Terms.

These terms explain provider responsibilities for profile participation, Kora PM, claim/listing workflows, and future subscription access.

This page describes Kora’s current MVP operating model and may be updated as Kora expands. It is not a substitute for legal advice or market-specific healthcare compliance review.

Provider responsibility

Providers and authorized representatives are responsible for keeping public profile, clinic, service, and contact information accurate.

Kora PM

Kora PM helps coordinate appointment requests and schedule workflows. Providers remain responsible for patient care, clinic operations, patient communication, and final scheduling decisions.

Claims and verification

Claiming a profile does not automatically mean Kora Verified, board verified, active, bookable, or subscription-entitled. These states are reviewed separately.

Billing and access

Kora may offer trials or subscriptions for provider tools. Kora may pause Kora PM access later if billing or entitlement requirements are not met.

No volume guarantee

Kora does not guarantee patient volume, appointment volume, search ranking, conversion, or clinic revenue.

Patient billing

Providers remain responsible for patient billing, insurance discussions, receipts, and any clinic-side payment obligations.
